Luso Fruta renews partnership with Portugal Rugby Youth Festival

Luso Fruta renewed its partnership with the Portugal Rugby Youth Festival (PRYF). Therefore, the brand will be present, for the sixth consecutive year, in the PRYF.

PRYF’s 11th edition, which will take place on April 13 and 14 at the University Stadium in Lisbon, will bring together 3 000 young players from 118 teams, 55 of them from outside Portugal. More than 15 000 visitors are expected each day of the tournament.

Support for PRYF is part of Central de Cervejas’ broad sponsorship strategy for sports that involves its various brands. In athletics, Água de Luso is the official brand of the Portuguese Athletics Federation and Maratona Clube de Portugal. In bodyboard, Sagres 0,0% supports the super-champion Joana Schenker. In tennis, Heineken is present at Estoril Tennis Open. In football, Sagres brand historical connection to the Portuguese national team and to several national clubs is well known; Heineken sponsors the UEFA Champions League. Finally, in rugby, and beyond PRYF, Central de Cervejas supports several events promoted by clubs such as Agronomy, CDUL, Belenenses and Direito.
